The SURGE® Storm is our new cutting-edge training device built to improve overall health, fitness, and performance. Think of a Slosh Pipe mixed with a Strongman Log and you have the SURGE® Storm. Strategically placed angles allow the chambered water to crash and shift, allowing your muscles and core to react and engage on a whole new level. The Storm provides a unique challenge to the joints and stabilizing muscles by forcing the body to resist and control the unpredictable nature of the shifting water. The Storm's weight is fully adjustable and depends on how much water you add or remove; when fully filled the Storm weighs over 60Ilbs. The 3 different grip options give the Storm the versatility demanded in today's performance training. From farmer's carries to overhead lunges the SURGE Storm will help you achieve your fitness goals by training your body to react to real life movements as opposed to static movements.

The advanced core training with the Surge® Storm offers over 50 innovative movement patterns that stimulate top-down instability the way it happens in life.

Perfect for both training and rehab

This is an amazing tool for slowing down lifts and focusing on complete stability throughout the movement patterns. I’ve used multiple homemade pvc slosh pipes in the past, and this is far superior and worth the investment. It can be used for stability work in powerlifting, Oly lifting, aerobic work, etc. We use it as both a rehab tool and a strengthening tool in our physical therapy clinic.
